2. Services Description

We provide Fresh Roof roof rejuvenation treatments designed to extend the life of structurally sound asphalt shingle roofs. Results vary based on existing roof condition, weather exposure, and structural integrity.

Fresh Roof is not a roof replacement and does not repair structural damage. It is intended to extend the life of qualifying asphalt shingles.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing varies depending on roof size and condition. Quotes are provided before service.

We accept cash, check, credit card, and approved financing options.

Fresh Roof is a service-based application and is not eligible for refunds once applied.

4. Warranty

Each application includes a six-year limited warranty provided by Fresh Roof LLC, subject to manufacturer terms and exclusions.

The warranty:

  • Applies to the treated roof address

  • Is transferable to a subsequent homeowner

  • Does not cover natural disasters, structural defects, neglect, or unauthorized alterations

  • Limits liability to replacement materials only

Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery.
